We only collect the information we need to deliver your readings and run the service:

• Birth details: Date, time, and place of birth.
• Phone number: To send and receive SMS readings.
• Current location: City, state, and country to time your readings.
• Account preferences: Subscription type, reading preferences.
• Payment info: Collected and processed only by Stripe. We never see your full card details.

We do not collect full legal names or email addresses unless you provide them voluntarily for customer support.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Generate and deliver personalized astrology readings.
• Process your subscription and payments via Stripe.
• Improve and secure the service.
• Communicate with you about your account, readings, and updates.
• Serve you related astrological services and content based on your preferences or chart.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers—ever.

3. Who Has Access to Your Data

Your data may be processed by trusted third-party providers who help us operate Satelles, including:

• Stripe (payment processing)
• Twilio (SMS delivery)
• Hosting and infrastructure providers (secure servers, AI processing)

These partners only access your data as needed to perform their services and must follow strict privacy and security rules.

4. Data Storage & Security

• All transmissions are encrypted with TLS/SSL.
• Sensitive data (birth details, phone number, location) is stored securely with industry-standard encryption.
• API keys and credentials are stored in an encrypted secrets manager.

No system is 100% hack-proof, but we take commercially reasonable steps to protect your data.

5. Your Rights

You can:

• Stop messages anytime by replying STOP.
• Delete your account and data by emailing support@satelles.me with your request. Deletion is permanent.
• Access or update your data via your profile or by contacting support.

We respond to all privacy requests within 30 days.

6. Data Retention

We keep your data only as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law. If you delete your account, your personal data is deleted immediately from our active systems (backups may take up to 30 days to purge).

If Satelles terminates your account for any reason, your personal data is also deleted immediately from our active systems. We do not retain your information for future marketing or resale.

7. Minors

Satelles is for users 18+ or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be shared via SMS or posted on our website. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
